Some lived through the moment that should have killed them. Their stories carry the warning, the lessons learned and wisdom gained. They share their experience with the hope that others will learn from them and prevent this from happening to them or someone else. If others knew What happened, How it happened and Why it happened to them, it may save lives and serious haem to others.
